Shipping policy
Orders are typically shipped within 10 days of placing your order, sometimes sooner. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If it has been more than 10 days, you can contact newagerecs@gmail.com for a status update.
For orders outside of the USA: If your tracking number isn't working on USPS.com, try entering the tracking number on https://www.goglobalpost.com/track-detail.
Pre-orders: If you purchase items that are in stock in the same order as an item or items that are pre-orders, your entire order will not ship until the pre-order has shipped. We suggest placing orders for pre-order items separate from orders with in-stock items.
If you have a change of address while your order is pending, please email newagerecs@gmail.com and put "address change" in the subject of the email and include your order number and your new address.
For US customers, your shipping method will default to First Class if the package is estimated to be under 15.9 oz. If it estimates a weight of 1 lb or more, it will default to Priority Mail. You may have an option to upgrade from First Class to Priority. Keep in mind, the times shown for shipping (number of days) is referring to the amount of time the package is expected to be in transit once it ships, and does not refer to the number of days before your order ships. In other words, 2-day Priority Shipping is not meant to imply your order will be processed within 2 days. It could still take up to 10 days to process your order. The 2 days refers to the amount of time the post office will take to deliver your order once we hand it over to them.
For international orders, shipping times may be very long, depending on the country it is being shipped to. In most cases, the tracking number will give you information on how the package travels but it is not guaranteed to show when it has been delivered. If the last status shows as Los Angeles, that means it has left the USA and could be held up in customs for a while before the status is updated again. If your tracking number states that the package was delivered but you have not received it, your first task should be to contact USPS and let them know. More than likely, they will contact your local office to investigate. For international orders, contact your local courier. New Age is not responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen - but we are here to help. If you are not able to get an answer from USPS, let us know and we can contact USPS as well.
