Sharp Tongues

 

Sharp Tongues is a melodic hardcore band from Gothenburg, Sweden, formed in late 2021. After a relatively short time, the band has established itself with two DIY EPs and numerous shows and festival appearances. Their sound is rooted in the 90's wave of classic hardcore, with a particular love for bands like Carry On and In My Eyes, while blending modern elements that give their music a fresh, contemporary feel.

The members bring experience from several prominent hardcore acts, including One Minute Left, Subject To Change, Eyes Shut, and Set My Path, adding depth and intensity to their current work.

Following the success of their debut album No Rescue, the band is set to release a new EP on New Age Records on May 1st, 2026, with the first single, "Blinding Lights," dropping on April 17th.
