RUST

RUST are a metallic-hardcore band from Ontario, Canada. Pulling influence from bands like Terror, Hatebreed, Machine Head and TUI, Rust channel NYHC aggression and Midwest groove into a sound that’s built for the floor and made to be felt live. Formed in 2019, Rust have consistently made their mark in the Canadian Hardcore Scene. Through the years Rust have released 3 EP’s and two singles.

In 2024 Rust signed on with Southern California’s legendary New Age Records for the release of their most recent EP True Decline. This release saw Rust gain international attention which allowed them to expand from playing Canada exclusively to branching into the USA, United Kingdom and Europe.

After two successful UK/EU tours and a handful of USA runs, Rust are back again with “Curse Your Name/Path to Peace” a new 3 song cd single/cassette single coming this Fall on New Age Records. Continuing their unique brand of hardcore only possible by RUST! Once again Mixed by Andy Nelson at Bricktop in Chicago and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege”
